Role & responsibilities
Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
Experience with web based application troubleshooting
Working knowledge on ITSM/Ticketing tool like ConnectWise, Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow etc.
Troubleshooting & fully supporting web-based and related applications in a networked environment.
Reporting knowledge
MS-SQL hands-on experience
Should be willing to support on Saturdays, if required.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
An immediate joiner will be preferred.
