• Manage all stages of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support candidate processes
• Develop effective strategies to attract top talent
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process
• Giving best candidate experience
• Ensure the agreed TATs are maintained

• Excellent communication/people management skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office like MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
