Monitoring and controlling contracts
Good skill of purchase to payment life cycle (Quotation, commercials comparison, Purchase order)
Maintain the Asset Management process from the acquisition and tracking of all hardware and software assets throughout the functional life-cycle
Ensure that full documentation of contract terms, vendor performance, systems software and hardware changes , is made available and is updated regularly
IT Procurement Validation and analysis of spend, identifying and reporting on variances and trends
Ability to utilize existing financial and ERP software tools to develop, track, forecast, and manage spend against Information Technology budgets
Good Knowledge of IT Equipment’s in terms of Hardware and software
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Support regular IT contract expiry and renewal meetings
