Creator Growth Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Creator Growth Executive to join our team. This executive will be responsible for engaging with content creators on a global scale, securing their partnership agreements, and ensuring that they continue to produce and post content to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring consistent creator performance. What Youll Do

• Actively reach out to content creators across various platforms, with a focus on YouTube, introduce our partnership opportunities, and convince them to sign up for our CG business.
• Negotiate revenue-sharing agreements with content creators
• Deliver on revenue targets monthly by ensuring creators optimize for maximum engagement and content creation remains consistent and aligned with revenue goals.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with content creators, and motivate them to produce more content, especially YouTube shorts. Address any concerns or issues they may face and proactively find solutions.
• Track the performance of content creators, monitor revenue generation, and provide feedback on how to improve content output and engagement. Analyze metrics to suggest improvements to drive growth.

• Bachelor s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from creators to internal teams.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creators.
• Previous hands-on experience with YouTube CMS, YouTube Analytics, Google Sheets, and Google Slides is a plus.
• Previous experience in contract management, including understanding of revenue-sharing models and legal agreements is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
• A strong network in the content creation or digital media space is a plus.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
