Job Description
-Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly.
-Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates to drive incremental revenue.
-Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to meet KPIs.
-Set up and monitor campaigns using Trackier and ensure proper tracking of conversions, clicks, and revenue.
-Validate and troubleshoot tracking issues with affiliates and partners.
-Use Excel and other analytical tools to generate reports and insights on campaign performance.
-Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
-Provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and affiliates based on data insights.
-Build strong, trustworthy relationships with affiliates to maintain long-term collaborations.
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
-Understand and implement the key responsibilities of a Relationship Manager or Affiliate Growth Manager, including retention and value-driven partnerships.
-Negotiate competitive rates and deals with affiliates to ensure profitability.
-Handle communication with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
-Leverage advanced Excel features (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.) for campaign analysis and reporting.
-Utilize Google tools for campaign optimization and tracking.
-Stay informed about the latest industry trends in affiliate marketing, media buying, and digital advertising.
-Proactively identify opportunities to expand the affiliate program or media buying strategies.
Requirements
Requirements
-Bachelordegree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Familiarity with affiliate management tools (e.g., Trackier).
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
