We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher for our Gondia, Nagpur location

This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), or D.Ed

is mandatory.

Experience with CBSE curriculum.

Proficiency in teaching English, Environmental Science (EVS), and Maths.

Fluent in English communication.

Possession of Primary Teacher Training (PRT) certification.

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Effective classroom management skills.

Teaching (Mandatory skill).

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, EVS, and Maths.

Assess and evaluate student progress and development.

Maintain a positive learning environment by establishing and reinforcing rules and procedures.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculums.

Provide individualized support and attention to students as required.

Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
