Qualifications And Skills

Proven expertise in talent acquisition, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates (Mandatory skill).

Vast experience in managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Strong background in performance management for setting and evaluating employee goals effectively.

Thorough understanding of HR compliance issues to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs.

Knowledge of compensation and benefits to structure appealing and competitive employee packages.

Experience in HRIS management for efficient data handling and reporting capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive HR initiatives and facilitate collaboration.
