Job Overview.
We are seeking an experienced Preprimary Headmistress to join our team at Podar Jumbo Kids in Hyderabad.

This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our preschool operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and fostering a nurturing learning environment for our young learners.

Qualifications And Skills.

Expertise in early childhood education with a deep understanding of pedagogical practices and learning frameworks (Mandatory skill).

Proven experience in staff management with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of educators effectively (Mandatory skill).

Strong parent communication skills to effectively engage with and address the concerns and queries of the parents (Mandatory skill).

Experience in curriculum development to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate educational programs.

Ability to conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching methodologies.

Knowledge of budget management to efficiently utilize resources and manage the preschool's financials.

Strong understanding of child development theories and practices to enhance student growth and learning outcomes.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance to ensure all educational and safety standards are met.

Roles And Responsibilities
