Job Overview.
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Primary Supervisor for its Muzaffarpur location.

This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

The role involves overseeing the pre-primary section and ensuring a high standard of early childhood education.

Qualifications And Skills.

Montessori (Mandatory skill).

Early Childhood Education (Mandatory skill).

Pre Primary (Mandatory skill).

Strong understanding of curriculum development for lkg, ukg, and nursery.

Proven experience in managing preprimary educational programs.

Excellent organizational and team management skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Proficiency in using educational technology and innovative teaching methods.

Roles And Responsibilities
Oversee the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the pre-primary section.

Implement and monitor the curriculum for nursery, lkg, and ukg classes.

Provide training and support to pre-primary teachers to ensure high teaching standards.

Develop and maintain a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Evaluate and enhance teaching methodologies to improve student outcomes.

Coordinate with parents to discuss the progress of their children and address any concerns.

Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and other activities.
