Develop a social media strategy and an annual content calendar to drive IndiaMART s digital presence across multiple platforms.
Brainstorm and develop creative content; experiment with new formats & trending content to drive social media performance.
Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., Tech, HR, Product, etc.) to uncover new content ideas and co-create win-win social campaigns.
Work with creative agencies and external partners to guide them in developing fresh, clutter-breaking content that aligns with brand goals.
Monitor, measure, and analyze social media performance & optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Candidate Attributes
2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, managing business profiles with at least 100k followers, or marketing experience with a personal handle of 10k+ followers/subscribers on social media.
Bachelors or Master s degree in Management
Experience in managing social media campaigns, content creation, and working with external creative agencies.
Expertise in social media tools, content management, and performance analysis.
A passion for trends, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay ahead of the curve in social media.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
