Social Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Build the strategy for social media and manage the company's social media profiles/pages and its online brand presence, including LinkedIn Meta (Instagram+Facebook), YouTube, X and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive user engagement, views and reach which includes programmatic content, videos, memes, moment marketing, voxpop and podcast reels, community content and more.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the brand, competitors, and/orindustry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success and effectiveness.
- Promote Community and Events of Talent500 to the relevant TG to induce participation, FOMO and engagement, building a strong presence for these online.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media.
- Help manage paid campaigns on social media and maintain budgeting controls, provisioning etc.
- Execute the social and online leg of brand campaigns and its extensions.
- Collaborate with ANSR social media and that of B2B customer pages to extend the reach.
- Amplify the reach and engagement of PR content, thought leadership and more.
- Help in the creation and execution of content such as testimonials, LIVE videos and stories from events & community etc.
- Promotion of relevant blogs and other content that is of high utility to the user base.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant and demonstrated experience in Social media management and content generation for brand building.
- This position requires the incumbent to be in office for brainstorming sessions, planning, collaboration etc with the rest of the team.
- Passionate about brand building and understands the importance of content & community in the contribution to it through social media.
- An ideas person out and out: Needs to be proactive about the latest cultural trends, social media GenZ/Millennial lingo with a constant.
- Needs to be good at copywriting and has a strong command over the English language.
- Is hands on and willing to travel when needed, cover events.
Good to have:
- Tech stack knowledge and is a techie by educational qualification so as to understand and relate with the tech community of Job Seekers.
- Experience in Video content and production.
