About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director - Account Management to lead client relationship efforts and manage workspace solutions for a diverse portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate strategy, client solutions, and market expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Lead efforts to acquire new workspace requirements across designated regions (e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad)
- Spearhead extensive business development initiatives to expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their workspace needs and real estate challenges.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients by staying updated on market trends and regulations.
- Collaborate with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver flexible workspace solutions.
Advisory and Support:
- Conduct property visits with clients and assist in shortlisting properties that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver financial analysis to aid clients in informed decision-making.
- Oversee the process from initial engagement to office handover, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide insights on market trends, upcoming supply, and regulatory updates.
Negotiations and Transactions:
- Negotiate favorable lease terms with landlords to secure office spaces for clients.
- Support clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from search to final handover.
Portfolio Management:
- Manage diverse client portfolios, providing end-to-end strategic solutions for workspace needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, broker networks, and corporate real estate stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategies.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive regional growth.
- Contribute to significant client expansion efforts, including large-scale office acquisitions.
