Manager / Sr. Manager - Financial Planning

Responsible of developing financial model for forecasting and budgeting. Work closely with various departments across the company to proactively provide financial insights, assess financial deviation in Planned vs Actuals, analyse the reason
Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management in planning and managing the core functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and publish annual business plan as per USGAAP and IGAAP.
Comparison of plan vs actual and taking corrective actions
Well versed with IGAAP and US GAAP principles of life insurance business
Drive and support the achievement of business plans and forecasts.
Deliver incisive and timely reporting of financial and operational results.
Mancom presentations
Board/Shareholder reporting

Expertise in financial modelling
Strong competency in MS office (Access, Power point and Excel)
Relevant knowledge of accounting systems (Oracle)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
