Job Description
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
- Exposure to ISO,9001:2015 EMS, QMS API Q1, 5CT,6AStd.
- Customer/TQM Handling, customer complains analysis & CA.
- RCA, 8D, IQA, PPAP, MSA,QAP, Calibration of IMTE S, external audit.
- Excellent communication skill, organizational & leadership skill
- Knowledge about various R.M & its testing STD.
- Inspection of new development components.
- Receiving Inspection semi-finished component (RCIA).
- Maintenance & cross checking of all above inspection reports.
- Hands on experience with all measuring instruments & gauges.
- Experienced professional in quality with experience in component manufacturing environment/ CNC machining unit.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC (speed, depth).
Experience:
- BE (mechanical) with 7-10 years of experience.
- Diploma in mechanical with 12-15 years of experience.
Qualification:
- BE (mechanical) / Diploma in mechanical
