Product Manager - Loan (4-10 yrs)

- Good understanding of Loan Lifecycle.

- Ability to prepare SOPs.

- To design the business process for the product and ensure product profitability keeping the cost and margin in view.

- Continuous Liaising with marketing team and contributing on the marketing plan for successful product launch, product service and improvements.

- To manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- To carry out pricing analysis, determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans for the products.

- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- To drive a solution set across development teams (Credit, Operations, technology and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Communicate with all areas of the company, including distribution/sales, credit, operations, technology, communication and strategy.

- To serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, closely working with the distribution/sales channels and key customers. Product support in terms of handling customer complaint, various MIS preparation. Ready and execute the competition and market share strategy for the product line on an ongoing and pro-active basis.
