Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with sales teams and clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Task Management: Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management to meet project deadlines.
• Client Management: Ensure that clients needs are met as projects progress and evolve.
• Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Analyze risks and opportunities that could impact project timelines, costs, or quality.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
• Schedule Variance Analysis: Analyze and report on schedule variances to senior management.
• Revenue & Forecasting: Provide analysis and reporting on revenue and project forecasting.
• Customer Feedback Reporting: Generate reports for analyzing customer feedback.
• Project Profitability Analysis: Analyze the profitability of each project and recommend improvements.
• Team Utilization Tracking: Monitor and analyze team utilization based on timesheet data.
• PMO Tools Management: Manage and maintain PMO tools such as Zoho, MSP, etc.
• Billing & Milestones: Track and manage milestone-based billing for ongoing projects.
• Resource Data Management: Manage resource data, including skillset matrices and team certifications.
• Vendor Management: Handle vendor-related activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in project management or PMO-related roles.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to manage resources and assess team performance effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing data and preparing detailed reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) are a plus
• Familiarity with cybersecurity industry standards and frameworks.
• Experience working with international teams or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with resource management techniques and tools.
