Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product planning, release management, and overall product lifecycle management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market needs, delight users, and align with the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, conduct market research, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to create user-friendly interfaces, participate in usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Planning & Execution: Create detailed product plans, manage timelines, and ensure smooth product development and releases.
• Release Management: Oversee product releases, monitor performance post-launch, and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategies and updates, gather requirements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in product management
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from ideation to post-launch support.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed product plans and roadmaps
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
