Fitness Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients goals and fitness levels.
• • Develop and implement customized training programs for clients.
• • Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall fitness.
• • Monitor clients progress and adjust programs as needed.
• • Deliver group training sessions and workshops when required.
• • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming workout environment.
• • Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• • Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent).
• • Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• • Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• • Previous experience as a personal trainer is a plus.
