Personal Trainer

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Personal Trainers to join our fitness team! At Cult Kaggadasapura, we are committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, expert guidance, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design customized fitness programs tailored to clients' needs and goals.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
• Monitor client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
• Offer nutritional and lifestyle advice to complement fitness routines.
• Maintain gym equipment and ensure a clean, safe workout environment.

Key Requirements:

• Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a personal trainer (1+ year preferred).
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
