Job Description:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of skill development programs, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, training partners, and external stakeholders to align program objectives and ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks, and ensure the timely delivery of program outcomes.
- Conduct on-site visits to manage operations, resolve challenges, and maintain quality standards.
- Analyze program performancemetrics and prepare comprehensivereports for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvementand recommend strategies to enhance program impact and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logisticseffectivelyto optimize program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Tech and MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in program management.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site program management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans for skill development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, training partners, and external stakeholders to define program goals and deliverables.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing programs and ensure timely achievement of milestones. o Work closely with stakeholders to align program objectives and address concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with training partners, vendors, and other collaborators to ensure seamless program execution. Conduct regular on-site visits to oversee program operations and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure program continuity.
- Analyze program performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. o Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills - B.Tech and MBA degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or a related field.
