Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Define and implement delivery frameworks and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and other relevant methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectations management, and issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Manage risks effectively by identifying potential challenges, mitigating them proactively, and developing contingency plans.
- Continuously track project performance, milestones, and deliverables, and report updates to leadership regularly.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous process improvements for delivery excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and professional growth.
- Handle resource allocation, workload balancing, and team engagement for optimal productivity.
Required Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. A Master s degree or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in delivery management or project management within IT product-based companies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT product development processes.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking systems.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and distributed teams effectively.
- Experience in client communication and stakeholder management, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
