Email Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience with email marketing tools and a passion for crafting engaging content that drives results.

No of open positions: 2 (One executive for APAC ASEAN regions and the other for US Europe regions)

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

• Create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using email marketing softwares such as Brevo, Apollo and Constant Contact.
• Ensure email deliverability and warm up domains to enhance campaign results.
• Ensure proper segmentation and list hygiene for targeted campaigns.

Content Coordination:

• Work with sales teams and other stakeholders to execute email campaigns across geographies.
• Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop email content and assets.

Analytics and Optimization:

• Track and analyze email campaign performance (leads generated, open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
• Assist in conducting A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.

Compliance and Standards:

• Adhere to email marketing laws and best practices.
• Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability and compatibility across devices.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or related role.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo).
• Basic understanding of HTML for email formatting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
