Job Description
Fractionation & DSP
- Experience in handling the manufacturing operations in sterile facility
- Hands on experience in day-to-day batch manufacturing as per cGMP norms.
- Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Process vessels, CIP-SIP skid, TFF system, Chromatography system, Autoclave etc
- Hands on experience on TFF System, Chromatography System, Centrifuge, Filter Press etc
- Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
- Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOPs, and Validation Protocols.
- Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.
Fill Finish
- Experience in handling the filling operations and manufacturing the batch under cGMP.
- Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Vial filling line , Packing line , Autoclave, Lyophilizer, VHP etc
- Experience in Process Validation and Media Fill Study.
- Experience in handling vial filling line, vial washing machine , tunnel , Lyophilizer, VHP, Autoclave, CIP-SIP skid etc
- Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
- Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOPs, and Validation Protocols.
- Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.
