Sr. Manager / Manager - Planning (Kanpur Railway Station, Building)

1. Develop and refine the master plan for the railway or airport building construction project.

2. Ensure the design and planning meet both operational needs and regulatory requirements.

3. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.

4. Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

5. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

6. Establish and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits.

7. Ensure that all planning and construction activities meet the required quality standards.

8. Lead the planning team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

9. Prepare detailed project status reports, including budget forecasts, risk assessments, and timeline updates for senior management.

10. Use software and tools like primavera / MS Project etc.
