Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost and Estimation of ESR.
- Project co-ordination and planning about progress, billing and Estimation.
- Making BOM, BOQ, and Estimation etc.
- Preparation of client billing according to BOQ.
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
- Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.
- Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site.
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
- To take the measurement from the site engineer.
- To get work done as per the protocol of the company.
- Preparing reconciliation statements.
- Monthly preparation and Tracking of R.A. Bill status.
- Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.
- Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of the projects.
- Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of the projects.
- Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly and daily basis.
- Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects weekly and monthly.
- Hands-on working experience on MS Project or Primavera; knowing SAP would definitely be an advantage
