Role Title: Team Member - Planning
Reporting to: Project Manager, WEL
Purpose:
To establish, update and manage the project schedules with the objective of producing
accurate, detailed schedules for current projects.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Preparation of overall project plan schedules in Primavera/ MS Projects.
B. Incorporating the milestone dates and all the necessary constrains and assumptions.
C. Controlling site activities by appropriate coordination with client / Sub-contractor/
Vendors / HO and other departments.
D. Preparation of Back log Report, Critical path analysis, Root cause analysis, look ahead
plans and rolling plans.
E. Preparation of MIS reports, monthly reports, daily progress reports, cash-flow etc.
F. Ensure timely generation of bills & their certification; ensure Sub-contractor bills are
certified in line with client certification.
G. Strict monitoring of costs on daily / monthly basis and generate periodic cost report.
H. Identify areas of risks and slippages in advance and raise alarm signals to enable site
management to take corrective action .Develop realistic catch up plans to make up for
the slippage in progress.
I. Diligently follow up with client for timely release of drawing & work fronts.
J. Keep MD/Head Operations/ RO/ Central MIS updated with on all front at various sites
with date driven MIS.
Education: B.E/B.tech in Civil and must have knowledge of Ms project and Primavera.
