Job Description

Role & responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the development of construction and procurement schedules, ensuring timely preparation and inclusion of all associated details.
Implement risk management strategies, value engineering, and cost control measures to optimize project outcomes.
Identify, assess, and formulate responses to commercial risks.
Prepare and analyse tender cost estimates, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Ensure adherence to contractual performance standards and conditions.
Compile and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior leadership.
Conduct quantity take-offs from GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Develop comprehensive project cost estimates, evaluating the feasibility of materials, equipment, and resources.
Collaborate with procurement and purchasing teams to negotiate rates and finalise vendor selections.
  • Plan and allocate resources in line with project schedules to ensure efficient execution


    Addition Requirements: - High-rise Composite-structure specific experience required.
    Educational Requirements:- PGP from NICMAR / B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering
    Technical Skills :- MS Projects, AutoCad, MS Office.
