Job Title: Data Analyst 

Location: Permanent Remote (WFH)

Notice Period: Need Immediate Joiners only (Max within 20 days)

Working Days in week: Monday to Friday & 1/2Saturday (5.5 Days)

Selection Process: 1 Assignment, 2 Interviews

Tech Stack & Skills Required: Data Analytics, Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI (visualization tool), Dashboard building from the scratch, Providing actionable insights & recommendations in decision-making (strategic and operational).

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in Data Analytics

Education: Candidates from Tier 1 colleges are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis across verticals to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic and operational decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to monitor business health and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection, data quality and hygiene, analysis, reporting, and implement solutions to address these challenges.
• Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations) to support data-driven initiatives and help troubleshoot issues.
• Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and guide decision-making, ensuring data-driven changes are effectively implemented.
• Take on additional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support the startups agile environment.
• Drive the development and execution of analytics strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, track key performance metrics, and derive actionable conclusions to support business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Excel; understanding of database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in an evolving startup environment and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Strong verbal and written skills, including professional emailing etiquette.
