Application Support Engineer - MFT (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- MFT Administration : Manage and maintain MFT solutions, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Incident Management : Respond to and resolve MFT-related incidents promptly and effectively.

- Problem Management : Identify and address root causes of recurring issues.

- Service Desk Support : Provide technical support to users and address their MFT-related queries.

- Documentation : Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for MFT processes and procedures.

- Automation : Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline MFT tasks.

- Security : Ensure the security and compliance of MFT processes and data.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of MFT concepts and technologies.

- Experience with MFT tools (e.g., Axway, IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, Informatica).

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.
