Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. Assist in preparing technical solutions that align with the companys offerings and meet customer needs. Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing product capabilities and addressing specific requirements. Deliver technical presentations and proposals to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition. Proposal Development:
Prepare high-quality proposals, including technical and commercial details, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to define solution scope and pricing. Market and Competitor Analysis:
Research and stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies to refine pre-sales strategies. Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings. Client Engagement:
Act as a technical liaison between the customer and internal teams during pre-sales engagements. Address client queries and concerns, ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies. Participate in post-sales discussions to gather client feedback for continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role (2-5 years preferred). Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simplified terms. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in creating detailed technical proposals and documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM software and sales tools atleast 1+ years. Knowledge of relevant technologies and frameworks related to the companys products/services. A proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.
