Deputy Manager - Programme Management

Brief Job Summary: -

Leading the Projects as per the scope and deliverables, and be the single point of contact for customers. Follow PM process and manage customers during execution & post-sales by working together with the Business Development team to grow the existing products in volumes and working with site functional team to meet the business targets.

Responsibilities:

1. End to end project management in line with PMP guidelines and Piramal s process
2. Ensuring Project delivery within timelines as per the project scope and customer / business expectations
3. To facilitate resolution of any issues by interacting with cross functional team
4. To monitor/track the progress of the project.
5. Project cost management and to prepare a cost effective proposal.
6. To understand the capabilities of the organization and present them in the best possible way.
7. Presales Proposal evaluation with CFT, computation of costing and preparation/submission of proposals to customers
8. To be the single point contact for the client, and ensure a smooth flow of information to meet customer requirements.
9. To bear the onus of delivery of the project and ensure proper co-ordination amongst internal teams.
10. To build a strong working relationship with the client and the internal team which would help achieve business targets.
11. To prepare weekly reports for the senior management and update the client through weekly / monthly reviews to ensure the client's as well as the company's needs are met.
12. To ensure project delivery of integrated projects and align with the integrated scope of work in projects across the different sites in Piramal.
