The resource and timeline requirement for Speciality chemicals / Capability building approach.

• To determine the number of possible products to choose from or add to the list.
• In order to uncover products that Ennore could make, we are also looking for ways to synergize that PCC and PPS can work together.
• Examining the HFA (fluorine chemistry) product tree, which was supplied by Frost & Sullivan, who were previously hired as consultant for PCC in the past.
• Using this information, will collaborate with PCC to find specialty materials, pharmaceutical-related goods, and agrochemicals.

• Masters in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry.
• Experience in handling Specialty Chemicals analysis

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

The incumbent should be aware of the product development flow from the conceptualization to tech transfer

The incumbent is responsible for R&D trials batch making for various personal care / personal hygiene products like

o Creams / Lotions

o Suspensions

o Shampoos/ Face washes

o Face Powders etc.

Would be responsible for performing pre-stability for the developmental products

Need to be actively involved in discussion with internal & external stakeholders.

To be involved for handling Tech Transfers of products to the manufacturing sites as & when required.

To be well-versed with

o Good Laboratory Practices

o Good Documentation Practices

o Specification Management

o Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s)

o BIS for personal care products

Responsible for preparing relevant documents like batch cards, pre-stability reports, MFR etc.
