Job Description
Help procurement professionals to execute procurement activities i.e. RFQ, Comparisons, Contracting, MIS, Review Tracking Etx
Updating various dashboards periodically & arranging the same in Excel reports / PPT Etc as & when required.
Responsible for implementing procurement policies and procedures across sites.
Responsibilities of a procurement executive:
Sourcing / identifying vendors: Finding potential suppliers and vendors in Professional Services & MRO category.
Negotiation : Negotiating commercial and deals with suppliers and vendors
CBA / Comparisons : Preparing techno commercial comparisons & plotting L1/T1 in the same.
Monitoring performance: Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery of products and services
Tracking OTIF & TAT : Tracking inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Analyzing market trends: Analyzing market trends and researching the best products and services
Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
Savings Monitoring : Monitoring procurement savings as per the agreed savings guidelines
Handling issues: Handling procurement issues and complaints from vendors and clients
