Job Description
- Providing technical leadership and administrative control to ensure uninterrupted utility services.
- Maintaining best practices to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
- Developing systems and processes for high-performance delivery.
- Maximizing capacity and optimizing resource utilization.
- Complying with various regulatory requirements related to engineering activities.
- Identifying areas for energy conservation and implementing operational and technological measures for efficient energy use.
Head - Engineering
- To ensure efficient operation, maintenance and upkeep of Plant Equipment and Utilities.
- Ensure compliance to Quality, Safety and Regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance of SOPs, cGMP practices along with good documentation and record keeping.
- Maximizing plant uptime by keeping track of OEE & breakdown reports.
- Meet internal customer expectations on costs and quality deliverables
- Control engineering costs and ensure they remain within reasonable variance of sanctioned budget.
- Active participation in OE and EHS activities and engagement of Dept. employees in the process.
- Identify area of energy conservation, plan propose and drive Energy Conservation projects and initiatives.
- Ensure execution and timely completion of various projects.
- Monitor & control the Engineering CAPEX and OPEX budget.
- Knowledge of various regulatory guidelines (USFDA/MHRA/MCC/MCA etc.).
- Exposure to ISO 14001, 45001 and ISO 13485.
- Budget preparation and Manpower planning.
