Job Description

Skills:-

At least 5-7 years Quality Assurance work experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment. Should also have experience of Management reporting & FP&A

Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management

Quality Assurance:

Performs quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit process and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where required for accounts payable, invoice processing processes

Ensures the desired quality standards are reached by sharing the audit results on a defined frequency with Customers/Stakeholder groups

Work with Process Team Leaders for finalization & Issuance of CAPA in case of fatal errors

Track adherence to controls requirements arising out of CAPA or Internal Audit

Retain skills in functional area of expertise through frequent on the role experiences and ongoing education, & training

Ensure high quality work products and processes, e. g.

oFact based findings

oIndependence in audits

Comply with GBSS standards, procedures and policies

Management Reporting:

Responsible for preparing all Management reports for External & Internal Stakeholders of Global Business Shared Services (GBSS)

Independently design/modify Management reports for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Supply chain processes and ensure submission as per agreed timelines

Should be able to understand data and derive meaningful insights

Should understand customer s pain areas and provide meaningful insights through various reports

Design & prepare power point slide decks for internal reviews

B. Com Graduate

M. Com or MBA finance

Skills:-
