Cluster Sales Manager

• Responsible for establishing the brand and managing the sales and business development activities​
• Responsible for overall sales and cross-sell targets through building and development of the internal team and external channels (DST, micro - connectors micro-campaigns and centralised leads) and also maintained adherence to customer satisfaction and profitability metrics​
• Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set​
• Implement and engage in branch promotion activities to establish the brand and increase market coverage.​
• The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the product market ​
• Responsible for customer management including all customer-related queries, issues, and grievances and focusing on resolving them at the earliest along with other cross-functional teams in the branch​.
