Finishing Manager

Role: Manager/Senior Manager-Finishing

Location: Byculla/Mulund/Thane/Mahalaxmi

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Finishing activities of High-end Luxury Residential Towers of Piramal Projects and monitor requirements of the project at micro level which involves resource utilization, manpower-management etc.

• Monitoring overall High-end finishing operations, coordination with MEP for ensuring timely completion.  

• Lead teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines, business objectives and track progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.

• Manage materials function and resource planning to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.  

• Ensure high quality standards at all stages of the projects to reduce rejection levels.
