• Managing the CEO's schedule: Prioritizing and arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation
• Handling correspondence and phone calls: Acting as the first point of contact and dealing with all communication
• Preparing reports and presentations: Assisting the CEO in decision-making processes
• Maintaining confidentiality: Working with classified information and ensuring professionalism
• Providing administrative support: Typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintaining filing systems
• Planning events: Organizing team communications and planning internal and off-site events
• Anticipating needs: Proactively supporting the CEO and anticipating their needs
• Acting as a gatekeeper: Creating a bridge for communication between the CEO and staff
• Standing in for the CEO: Making decisions in the CEO's stead at non-critical meetings Role & responsibilities
