Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure seamless communication between teams. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate complex projects in the automation and special-purpose machine industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, project management experience, and excellent coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to align project goals.
• Track project progress and address potential roadblocks proactively.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates.
• Ensure client requirements are communicated effectively to the internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Facilitate clear and efficient communication between departments.
• Conduct regular meetings to review project status and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Generate reports for senior management on project performance and key metrics.
• Monitor and document any changes in project scope and adjust plans accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and Knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in automation, robotics, or special purpose machines.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and managing priorities effectively.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• BSC -Physics
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
