Overview:

As a Business Analyst in Treasury, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, optimizing cash management processes, and supporting strategic decision-making within the treasury department. You will collaborate closely with finance teams, IT professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient cash flow management and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support treasury operations.

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions, ensuring optimal utilization of funds.

- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury strategies and policies.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline payment processes and enhance financial controls.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to treasury systems and technologies.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on treasury-related matters.

- Support treasury team in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in treasury or financial services.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

- Knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS) and financial risk management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Preferably degree in MBA Finance

- Should have worked as Business Analyst in implementation of treasury solutions

- Preparing BRD & Test Cases, driving product walkthrough/ solution mapping and UAT

Have domain knowledge in below asset classes (any 2 or 3):

- Foreign Exchange (Interbank & Depo)

- FX Merchant

- Fixed Income Securities

- Money Market

- Equity & Mutual Fund

- Derivatives - IRS/CCS/OIS & Currency Futures

- Borrowings (Bond Issuance & Bank Loans)

- Proficient in using Word & Excel

- Having good communication & written skills
