Workday HR Business Analyst (US MNC)

- They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Human Resources Information Systems (Workday) team in in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the liaison managing client relationships between the business, technical teams, and software vendors.

- This includes defining and gathering business requirements, conducting cost-benefit analyses as needed, explaining new functionality options and upgrades, addressing escalated issues, and providing ongoing operational support, including enhancements and project communications with change management.

- Ensure HRIS services align with business strategy, objectives, requirements, standards, and regulations.

- Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, and challenges related to business capabilities, as well as relevant external policies and regulations.

- Offer HRIS consulting to stakeholders, educating them on information system processes and methodologies while promoting the adoption of global solutions.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience, including 5 or more years with Workday.

- Certification in Workday Recruiting, HCM, Time, and Absence (optional).

- Shift Timings: Flexible availability for shifts between 12 PM and 11 PM.
