Job Description
- As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Logistics, Administration, and Human Resources (HR), you will lead and manage complex projects spanning these functional areas
- Your role involves project planning, execution, resource management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to organizational standards
- Key Responsibilities :Logistics:Resource Management:Manage project resources efficiently, including inventory, equipment, and materials
- Oversee procurement activities and vendor relationships
- Logistical Operations:Ensure the smooth execution of logistical operations related to project activities
- Implement logistics best practices for cost-effective and efficient operations
- Administration:Project Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing project-related communications
- Human Resources (HR):HR Coordination:Coordinate HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Maintain HR records and files
- Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist in HR audits, reporting, and policy updates
- Project Management:Project Planning and Strategy:Develop project plans, define objectives, and allocate resources across logistics, administration, and HR projects
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Budget Management:Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and procurement activities
- Ensure cost-effective project execution
- Stakeholder Communication:Client / Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders on project matters
- Provide regular updates on project status, resource allocation, and compliance
