Working Days: Monday - Friday

Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in onboarding international universities for academic programs, including exchange programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and nurturing relationships with international educational institutions and a robust professional network that can be leveraged for collaborations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the global education landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard international universities for academic collaborations, exchange programs, global exposure.

2. Develop and negotiate agreements, MOUs, and contracts with international partners.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, academic leaders, and other stakeholders.

4. Utilize existing networks to accelerate partnership-building efforts and expand opportunities.

5. Actively participate in global education events, conferences, and forums to represent the organization and establish connections.

6. Oversee the implementation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

7. Act as the primary point of contact for international partners, addressing queries and resolving issues.

8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in international partnerships, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.

2. Demonstrated success in onboarding and managing international university partnerships.

3. Strong network within the global education community.

4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
