Mechanical BIM Estimator

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Qualifications: Bachelors/ Diploma in Mechanical

Experience Range: 3-6 years Experience as Mechanical BIM Estimator

Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3-6 years of BIM experience.
• Understand the clients requirements, prepare the technical questionnaires, and perform the effort estimate for the offers to submit to the clients.
• BIM Modeling/coordination/shop drawings experience in Mechanical/Plumbing services, working in USA /Canada/UK/Middle East countries.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills and study customer tender/client requirements and technical specifications.
• Good communication skills, both speaking and writing to communicate with the client.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the clients email, scope of clarification document preparation and acknowledging the client.
• Lead the meetings with the client/PDH/Production team to understand the scope of work for the technical proposal development and winning the project.
• Effort estimation of the project with respect to the scope of work and submit the technical and commercial proposal to the clients.
• Lead/Arrange the meetings with clients and communicate with them to clarify the proposals or negotiate with them to onboard the projects.
• Handing over the awarded projects to the production team and Production team Intro with the client.
