Role & responsibilities

• Scrutinizing and verifying loan applications, KYC documents, financial statements, and other necessary paperwork.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all loan files before processing.
• Coordinating with sales and credit teams for any discrepancies.
• Assisting in preliminary financial and creditworthiness analysis of applicants.
• Credit underwriting by gathering relevant data and preparing reports.
• Ensuring compliance with sanction conditions before loan disbursement.
• Reviewing legal, technical, and valuation reports.
• Handling documentation for disbursal, repayment schedules, and agreements.
• Tracking repayments, overdue accounts, and ensuring timely collections.
• Ensuring adherence to NBFC norms, RBI guidelines, and internal credit policies.
• Keeping updated records in compliance with audit requirements.
• Identifying gaps in the credit operations process and suggesting improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of LAP products, financial statements, and risk assessment.
• Hands-on experience with loan management systems and credit underwriting processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
