Sales Officer/Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and pitch LAP and personal loans.
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.
• Assist with loan applications and collect required documents.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for LAP and personal loans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loan processing norms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Lap loan and Personal loan and processes.
