Web Associate - Shopify

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Web Associate to manage and enhance our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product uploads, website updates, catalog management, and performance analysis to optimize the online shopping experience. This role requires proficiency in Shopify and a strong background in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Product Management:

• Upload new products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Manage and update product catalogs, ensuring all listings are up to date.
• Refresh pages in line with seasonal launches, promotions, and trends.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure website consistency.

New Launches & Enhancements:

• Coordinate and execute new product and collection launches on the website.
• Work on new web features to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to optimize website functionality.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Analyze key metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sales.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine content, layout, and design for better results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with Shopify is required.
• Strong understanding of web content management, SEO, and digital merchandising.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web performance tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
