Job Description

Responsibilities
Newsletter Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and informative newsletters to promote our brands products or services
- Analyze newsletter performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement
WhatsApp and Email Marketing:
- Craft compelling messages for WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
- Implement strategies to grow our WhatsApp and email subscriber base
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve results
Website Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website to ensure a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with web developers to implement updates and improvements
- Utilize SEO techniques to increase website traffic and visibility
CMS (Shopify) Management:
- Manage customer data and utilize Shopifys CMS features to enhance the customer experience
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Monitor sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
Content Development:
- Create engaging content for our website, newsletters, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum Proven 3 years experience in web-based marketing, including newsletter, WhatsApp and email marketing, and website management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Shopify
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding storytelling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva) is a plus
