We are looking for a candidate who can look after all operational activities like order fulfillment, coordinate last-mile delivery, assist with product uploads, enhance customer experience, engage with customers, and manage inventory across channels.

- Working with courier partners to ensure last mile delivery
- Assisting the team on product uploads and web operations
- Coordinating across departments to drive customer experience
- Engaging with customers through phone and online channels
- Managing inventory across our different sales channels
- 2-4 years experience - preferably in an e-commerce company
- Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
- Proficient computer skills - working knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Graduate degree from a reputed college / university
