Site Reliability Engineer

Must have 2 years of recent experience in Application Support/Technology Support / SRE,Should be ready to work in a 24 X 7 support environment , Working knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, Microservices and tuning of services, Must be hands on with Unix Commands, Scripting (Shell, Python), PL/SQL, NOSQL, Ability to write basic SQL, Mongo queries, Must have L1, L2 support, SMEs in any technology operations environment that practices ITIL and SRE principle. Must be hands on with observability & Monitoring tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana other similar tools.Strong knowledge of Production application support, analysing logs, network debugging, API calls (Restful, SOAP) , thread dumps, heap dumps etc. Good understanding of microservices architecture. Awareness of Release, Change, Problem and Incident management processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.
